::It was really busy when we got there and the staff behind the counter were really inefficient because she was trying to handle two customers at once so sometimes she would ask one customer a question but the other customer thought she was asking them the question. It slowed everything down and made the process a bit frustrating. However, she did still do her job in explaining everything. The driver who drove the truck up was cool. He even spoke a bit of Chinese without any accent, which was a nice surprise for my elderly Chinese father who doesn't speak English well since it's unexpected to see a black man suddenly speak Chinese words without a heavy accent (although he wasn't fluent enough to hold a conversation). It showed the driver was able to pick up some of the language from dealing with so many Chinese customers (since it's based in a neighborhood with a large Chinese speaking population) and he respected them enough to wish to speak in a way that they could understand him. So the driver basically rescued the experience from sucking too much

::very bad experience, it took me two hours to get the truck, when I tried to pick up it after working hour, from the online instruction, it said it would be very easy, but the truth was their App didn't work, and I was on the phone with their representatives and manager for more than 1 and half hours. secondly, I paid the bill with cash when I returned the Truck, now I found they still didn't refund the initial deposit I paid from my credit card. Very bad!!!!!!! Now after on the phone for another half hour, they told me they have to charge me for some damage. What un-believeable bad company! When I returned the truck there were two people checked up the car, and they said ok and then I went to pay the payment, after a month I was told I damaged the car!!!!!!!!! I would recommend no one to go to this bad company.

::YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS NOT SAFE HERE!! My personal information was compromised by an employee at this location. I had to get the corporate office involved and investigate who then assured me that everything was taken care of. Two weeks later another email from U-haul stating that there were traffic violations due under my account from the security breach. Tried to speak with the manager Andre who could care less about the occurrence and did nothing but argue with me. This location is a customer service and security nightmare!!

His highly professional, yet strong but kind, association with Customers, makes U-Haul the exceptional business it is today. I have found that Andre just makes everything right; knowledgeable in all aspects of his position.
