  If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited for over an hour and a half in the waiting room. The doctor saw me for 15 minutes and basically just explained the procedure for a knee injection. All information that could've been on the website. Instead, I wasted 2.5 hours with the 30 min. drive to Edina. But, he got $210 from my insurance company for that 15-minute conversation! Nice scam they've got going on there.

  I was very pleased with my experience at Twin Cities Pain Managment. Dr. Starchook and his staff were extremely professional and caring. Had having years of pain in my lower back, it was a relief knowing that I had options and the doctor took the time with me explaining all of my options and any expectations. I would highly recommend anyone that is suffering with pain to visit Twin Cities Pain Management and know there is help out there for you. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

  Before the procedures I had very bad pain in my hip and knee joints. The pains were so strong that I could not go down or up the stairs because my legs would not bend. At night my hip joints ached. My doctors told me that the only way out was surgery. Dr. Starchook offered me a less drastic option — adding stem cells to the problem sites. I agreed gladly. I received two first shots in November 2017 (one to the knee and the second to the hip). After a week the pain improved and I began to walk more easily and was more mobile than before the procedure. A month later in December I received two more shots in my hip and knee as well. A month after the second procedures, the acute pain was gone, but I still could not move quickly. I felt a full recovery only after three months. Last summer, I worked very hard physically, carrying heavy loads while gardening without any problems. This is the second year and I feel like I was born again. I lost weight, feel younger, even look younger than my peers. I want to thank the doctor and his staff for helping me so much, wishing them good luck in treating suffering people! Thank you!

  I am 60 years old. I found Dr Starchook in January while doing an internet search to find resources to help relieve my osteoarthritis knee pain - it was becoming very difficult to walk and exercise because of the severe pain in both of my knees. After my initial consult with Dr Starchook, I was immediately impressed by his knowledge, his years of experience, his prestigious awards for being chosen MN Doctor of the year and his kind caring honest concern for his patients. So... January 25 2018 I had my first stem cell procedure completed on my left knee and scheduled my right knee for 6 weeks later. It was amazing! After a few weeks, the pain started to diminish in my left knee and every week I would notice a difference in the level of pain from my right knee. I was improving every week!! Yesterday I had my right knee injected and I am so happy with my results!! I am thrilled and beyond grateful to the whole staff at Twin Cities Pain Management that I chose to have the stem cell procedure before I was forced to have a surgical operation for a knee replacement! This was truly a blessing for me to have found Dr Starchook!

  I had the bone marrow harvesting stem cell therapy on my foot on 4/13/18 after a severe wound to my heel and another wound in the middle of my foot from chronic neuropathy that i was seeing a vascular podiatrist since june of 2017. i couldn't put any weight on it as i had a rolling knee scooter and the wound would open again and again. it's 5/4/18 and since the stem cell procedure it really is amazing that my foot looks like a normal foot again from how much the skin healed in 3 weeks. I've been a patient of Dr. Starchook for around 2 years now and he's a great Dr. and has a wonderful staff. i'm really excited i'm already putting some weight on it. i'm optimistic about my foot now when not too many months ago losing my foot all together if it would not heal and i'm only 39 years old. an update on my stem cell therapy on my left heel, it has remained closed since the april 2018 procedure. i then had a similar problem with my right heel and a problem with my right big toe, the photos are graphic but the results have been amazing, the befores are late october 2018, the procedure was around thanksgiving and the afters are january. i can bear weight on my foot again this is incredible.
