::Horrible billing practices. Doesn’t not truly accept Preferred One but advertises that they do. Murky billing practices. Charged for practitioners needing a longer time. Charged $1,400 for 3 phone consults. Only know this because I checked EOB. Also have yet to receive a single bill and even my insurance is wondering what is taking then so long. Super shady. It’s unfortunate because I really liked my NP but big NOPE for this place.

::Prairie Care is wonderful. Their staff genuinely care about your well-being and want you to succeed.

::I am beyond grateful for my experience with PrarieCare. I worked with Dr.Nelson to do TMS treatments for my persistent and treatment-resistant depression. Dr.Nelson is incredibly intelligent, kind, and passionate about helping people. My operator (who was with me daily during TMS treatments), Joe, is one of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered. I felt safe and cared for by all of the staff at PrarieCare. I have already recommended it to a few close loved ones and will continue to. My depression symptoms have significantly diminished and I feel more like myself.

::Genuinely the staff here care so much. I was at this partial program for several months and obviously some things sucked (like the food most of the time😂.) I have never seen a social worker try harder to find a good placement for me to discharge to then Penny did. My team made it obvious that the last thing they wanted was for me to be hospitalized and that they were committed to helping me. There were a few quirks with the programming and VERY repetitive programming and therapy but I don’t think that has to do with this location but Prairie Care as a whole. I would recommend sending your child here. - A former patient who’s sick of reading bad reviews of a good place

::If ZERO stars was a thing they deserve -5 stars!! ONE DAY IN and was by far THEE WORSE decision I made for my child!! I read another review that said “If you care anything about your child you wouldn’t send them there” & ITS ABSOLUTELY TRUE!! I wouldn’t have them treat an animal!! If you have a BLACK CHILD don’t even THINK ABOUT IT!! They are rude, disrespectful, and bias against kids with mental health or disabilities which is INSANE considering it’s a mental health facility!!
