  Ron Sullivan is a great guy have purchased at least 3 Cadillacs from Ron over the years. Always treated fairly and no pressure best dealer we have ever delt with and Cadillac has the best policys and really appreciate their customers. Thanks Tustin Cadillac, Thanks Ron😀

  Sal Espinosa is a crooked lying scumbag who manages the service department at Tustin Cadillac. Avoid him, and this dealership, like the plague. Completely dishonest assessments, and, they’ll rip you off at any opportunity. Trust me - avoid this place at all costs.

  I was thoroughly informed as to timeline and expense in regards to my car's repair. The car was ready when I was told it would be and the expense was less than estimated (Who doesn't like that?!) Each member I encountered was friendly and courteous.

  The staff at the dealership were very knowledgeable. They presented the offer price accurately and did not pressure us in any way. They were patient. We had to drive 350 miles from Mammoth Lakes to Tustin to complete the purchase the same day. They waited for us. They gave us a complete orientation to the cars equipment and stayed passed the normal closing to complete the final paperwork. The car was prepped and the information was already in the computer to generate the purchase contract, etc. We were impressed! We have bought many cars from different dealerships. This was our best experience.
