  New GM Rich is a real piece of work. Having bought and serviced our Acura here in the past it's really disappointing to see someone like Rich take over. I went in today to replace my Acura and got a quote from Rich. He wanted nearly $3,000 more than Wier Canyon Acura. When I sent him an e-mail explaining this, he called to berate me and tell me he'll make sure I don't get that deal from Wier Canyon. What a weirdo. Definitely won't be going back. It's unfortunate for them, their sales staff (namely Ryan) was great, and I would have spent a few hundred more to keep buying from them if it weren't for Rich.

  Interesting experience yesterday! Even though their vehicle was "reasonably priced." I decided to negotiate. At one point, the salesman, Abe asked me what I was willing to pay for the car. My reply was 4K below asking. He OFFERED to take my counter to the Manager. When Abe returned, he placed the key to my car on the desk (I was considering a trade), seemed flustered, and said, "why didn't you give me that number over the phone...we have many other customers waiting!" I was stunned by his comment, since up to that point Abe was the "consummate salesman." As I exited the building, the Sales Manager yelled out at me..."are you crazy?" I smiled, and said, "Have a nice day!" The truth is, since they were offering less than $1,000 for my trade in (2006 mini), I was contemplating selling it to a private party with the hope of returning to buy the car from DCH if it was available. I was trying to make the numbers work...and they "lost it!" I honestly believe the manager is in the wrong business! In conclusion, their childish attitude really changed that plan!' BTW, I told Abe my car was between 3,500 and 4,000 but I did not complain when they made their offer. If they did not like the answer to Abe's question, my recommendation is that they not make such inquiries in the future. Good luck!

  I had called about resting my tl radio. They said they could do it at no charge. They kept there word took care of me quickly.

  Traded in a Mercedes when getting our Acura MDX. Now we keep getting DMV notices in the mail about registration renewals for a car we do not own anymore. I keep trying to call DCH Tustin Acura to get some help. However, every time I call I get transferred to someone's voicemail or when I do talk to a receptionist it's as if I am bothering her. Imagine that! A customer bothering the dealership. My favorite is when the hold music says they, "Delivery Customer Happiness". Needless to say, if this is the level of customer support I get from DCH Tustin Acura, this will be the last car I get from them.

  I went there with my 2008 MDX for oil change and they recommend us to replace oil pan or do some temporary repair right away and I choose to do temporary repair. At the first day of the job, there was a leak again and I brought to other mechanic shop for repair and I was told that the job at the dealer was not done properly resulting that I have to change whole pan which could have been save with more careful repair.
