  Rude tellers. I’ve been a customer for thirty years, customer service has gotten really bad since Truist took over.

  2 tellers and no bankers in this branch. All of the banker offices are dark and empty. Truist should either staff this branch or close it.

  The slowest customer service. Sat at the teller for over 15 minutes before someone even came and talked to me. I would have left but I already sent my money and ID through the carrier tunnel. Try to avoid this place

  Absolutely horrible. Waited 30 minutes in line for them to refuse to cash a check my grandma gave me because it was made out to “cash”. Truist is slow and bad at banking.

  Avoid SunTrust at all costs! Find a nice local credit union to deal with. I opened a new account online and it was shut down within several days. I called at least 5 times and they could not tell me the reason why my bank account was closed and told me to go to a branch. The branch was not able to tell me why the account was closed, and told me to call 1800 number. All they tell me is that it was "due to rules and regulations" without citing a true reason.
