  I have banked with this bank for many years, even before it became Truist, and just want to give a great big Thank You to the wonderful, knowledgeable and kind staff at this branch. I never had a sub par experience, and when for my last 2 visits I went there for help with 2 different ( self-imposed ) issues, everyone who worked there could not have been nicer. My issue was resolved quickly and easily. I would highly recommend the Duke Street branch of Truist Bank in Alexandria, Va.

  I opened an account here for my business and transferred money into the account. They closed the account and never sent my money back to me. It has been two months…

  I have been banking here for many years! I have 4 mortgages with Suntrust Mortgage and multiple accounts within this bank! The service lately has been lousy! I would not recommend them to any high end banking customer! They just tried to charge me 141 late fee for there screw up! It’s not the first time but it’s becoming more problematic lately! They act they are doing you a favor! They have lost their ethics in my opinion or trying to look good compared to BB and T! Another disaster of a bank! It really sucks that I have to find another bank! I think I am going to try and find a credit union nearby! I can’t imagine BB and T will be an improvement!

  They STEAL your money here, if you get rolls of coins from this location make sure to count them in front of the teller. The rolls will typically have a coin missing, a foreign coin, or smaller currencies mixed between the higher ones.
