    I cannot speak highly enough of this gym. For the first time in a while, I move things around in my schedule to make sure I get to the gym, and have recently made the commitment to go more often because it is that good. Every training session is a little different, which keeps it exciting and also prevents any progress plateau. As someone who appreciates the science behind everything I do, Lou is so knowledgeable about every movement, which allows me to maximize my workouts. The environment is super friendly and I know I'll always get a good ab workout from laughing. Check this place out, you won't be sorry.

    I can't say enough good things about this gym and the people who run it. Not everyone has the same workout goals but Lou and his team are dedicated to providing individual support each step of the way. Not only have I noticed changes in my strength and body since signing up about two months ago, but I truly have a great time when I am there. The workouts are fun and before I know it an hour goes by in a flash. They always see my potential beyond what I think I am capable of and challenge me in all of the right ways. Most importantly, I feel safe here as both trainers are committed to teaching proper form.

    If you are looking for an efficient and effective trainer Lou Torres is the man. His personal attention and motivation combined with his exceptional knowledge has pushed me to limits I never thought I could achieve. I recommend him and his gym highly!

    I went in to the gym with specific goals in mind and they have more than been met. There is a perfect balance between working hard and making improvements but not being hounded when life occasionally gets in the way. In short time I've been attending, I've gone 3 days a week and running 2 days a week for approximately 6 months and I've gotten faster, more endurance and lost 20 lbs. Would definitely recommend to anyone but especially those that have specific goals or limitations.
