::I did my due diligence before choosing a gym for my 2 boys. I knew from our first class at EGA that this place was special. Coach Mike Palladino took an immediate interest in each child and they loved every moment of training. He has a way of making his students rise to his high expectations and makes it look easy. He, Adam and Manny clearly love what they do and they cultivate an atmosphere of mutual respect and healthy competition. Bring your kids here. You will be glad you did.

He is always right there to assist with a technique if someone doesn't quite get it right away and he is always very thorough on every technique he shows. The environment in that gym is something you have to experience for yourself...all the students are friendly and all the instructors are highly qualified. If you're in the Hudson Valley area and are looking for a place to train martial arts, this place is simply the best around.
