  I've been going twice a week for almost a year. It's locally-owned and run. The classes I take are taught in a way that you always have a way to pace yourself and challenge yourself, whether you're just starting out or you've been going for a while. And I love the diversity and positivity of the people in the class! I always come out feeling powerful and feeling lucky to live in this neighborhood. As a final note: I love that they play new, GOOD, contemporary music. No sweating to the oldies here.

  A spacious studio in Brooklyn which the instructor does not fail to take full advantage of. A fantastic workout that will leave your body feeling great and your mind feeling accomplished.

  Great place with good equipment! You get a great workout! Instruction is very energetic and the staff is polite!
