  I wanted to love it here but they force you to use your bank account - not debit card or credit card and they refuse to let you bring a guest to use the massage chairs even when you’re VIP - they lied to me about my membership benefits and it was impossible to cancel. Non responsive and rude. Had to declare fraud charges and issue an order to the bank not to pay them - cheap prices - NOT worth it 😭 I really had hoped for more.

  Not enough weights, they don’t clean the gym enough, and the equipment tends to be dirty especially the weights. The price is cheap but if there were another gym around I would switch. Please take better care of your gym Planet Fitness. Have the workers more thoroughly clean the gym and maintain the equipment. Thank you.

  There seems to be an equal balance of pleasant and difficult staff here. Kind of a toss up as to who you will be dealing with. They like to ration out access to the massage chairs that you reportedly have unlimited access to with a Black card. It would also be nice if they updated the gym to have trx straps and training like many other locations do. Not sure why this one hasn’t yet. That said, it can get quite busy at peak hours, but the ppl who work out there seem pretty chill and pleasant.

  I really enjoy coming to this location. It is much nicer than other locations I've been to. However, I've noticed that there is a lack of maintenance at this location lately. There are many treadmills that do not work or are off balance. The paper towel dispensers are also in need of attention. The majority of them are broken or jammed, and the others are often in need of re-filling. Members are expected to keep the machines clean, but it's hard to follow this rule with poorly functioning cleaning supplies. Seems to be understaffed.
