  Travelodge at Berkeley, CA is one of the best hotels I had ever lived! The location is fantastic and close to UC Berkeley and Trader Joe's/Target. The price of the room is affordable. The hotel staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful. One of the front desk staff helped me carry the empty cardboard boxes I ordered online to my room on the second floor. Because I needed these boxes to ship packages to my next destination. When I reported my concern, the front desk staff tried their best to support me. The cleaning staff works diligently daily to keep the room in good shape. The room is neat and clean. I appreciate all of your time, patience, and caring. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and colleagues if they plan to travel to Berkeley. Likewise, I will choose your hotel again in the future if I travel to Berkeley. Thank you very much!

  Pro: Decent room for the price. Very affordable for being so close to uc berkeley. Staff was friendly. Con: Floor in the room felt gross without socks on and the walls are thin. I was disappointed that the parking lot was full during our stay and we were forced to park on the street which made us uneasy.

  I stayed here twice on short notice trips and had good experiences both times from check in to check out. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff was very helpful and pleasant. Good parking and a clean facility overall. I would definitely stay here again as my first choice in this area. Nice job Travelodge Berkeley! 🙂

  Nicely renovated room. Things look new. Service is very good. Good location close to Berkeley Institute for cancer for my mother's cancer treatment. It is also very convenient to buy grocerried as Trader Joe's is across. The only thing that lacks one star is there is no washer and dryer in the unit. Since my parents are staying there for awhile, they have to look for places for doing laundry.

  Nice modern room that appears to be recently remodeled. Very clean. Good water pressure. Free parking with a large parking lot. Lots of homeless in the vicinity but the motel itself wasn't bad. Rates were fair and priced according to the online price quoted. Overall a good experience for the price.
