Got scammed!! Reserved online and got charged day of making reservation. Checked in and was charged again. Stay elsewhere for the price of getting charged 2x the price, you get a cleaner room and better service.

PLEASE READ: This hotel will scam you! We paid for a room, and were only told once we paid it was going to be extra for more people. Over $300! We were able to find a hotel for cheaper that is a 4.5 star and only a mile away for the same number of guests. They also never asked our party size and insisted we said 2 when we actually said nothing. Also, the room was not clean. The towels were not washed and *still wet* from the person before us. The bedsheets had not been changed, the pillows were flipped instead of washed, and there was trash behind the tv, as well as bugs in the window sill and bathroom. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS!

The pictures they have online doesn’t look like in the room, it’s not even a hotel it’s like a hostel or a motel, I requested to have a room with a bathroom but they were charging me double, there bathroom on the 3rd floor was a mess , the sink was filthy, the faucet has 2 spouts and one just for hot water and the other for cold, don’t even use the shower cause it’s just hot water too, the rooms are tiny and hot, no air conditioning, you can hear the other room if some one is snoring ,the single bed is so short, if you are more than 5’1” your feet will be hanging, so weird they have a sink in the room and it’s the only one with the water that you can adjust, the lobby kinda smell, the only good about it there are a lot of restaurants nearby, I wanted to leave at that moment but most of the hotels are booked . I think it would be a good hotel if they will do something with there bathroom and water situation , air conditioning and bedding, I would never stay there again but I would go eat at the restaurant below, was a joke to charge me 100$ a day to have a bathroom in your room,

I got bed bug bites on my ankles. Couldn’t shower because there was a giant corner of the shower filled with mold. When I asked for a refund the man at the counter was rude and said “we don’t have bed bugs unless here you brought them in.” Also, the room was awful. Stains on the sheets, and a giant chunk ripped out of the fitted sheet.

Cigarette burns in the bedsheets. You have to pay for parking. No bathrooms in the rooms. The front desk staff was there the day we got in, and I didn't see him at any point after that, even when I needed more towels. It also gets miserably hot at night and there's no air conditioning. Giant flies buzzing around in the room, the halls, even the lobby. Just spend the extra $20 a night and get somewhere you won't hear mice in the walls at night.
