  My visit was today, Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 8:30 am. The facility opened on time (8:30 am.). Once in the building the directions are pretty clear. Locate your name and assigned court on a well lite board and report to the assigned court room (pretty simple). However, there's one problem, the restroom. There were only two single stall restroom for the public, now that was a major problem. Other than that, I was pleased.

  I came in at 1:45pm on a Monday, and there was a huge line for the TVB. It took me 1 hour and 10 minutes to reach the counter. There was another line that was 10 times shorter, but it is only for people who just left a hearing down the hall. I think this TVB had more workers for the people in the shorter line than for the people who were in the longer line. Why would it have to be like this? Is this punishment for not paying fines on the same day of going to court?
