  Todo lugar tiene sus alta y bajas como este lugar Poco personal para tanta gente que van a este lugar. A vese el personal o “Empleadas” son buena y otras no pero la entiendo 😉

  This DMV is way better than the one in 125 st. The people there were polite which is not common in DMV offices,in 2 hours i renewed my lincence took a new photo and changed some personal info

  Surrender old plates, register newly purchased vehicle, update license (pic and remove restriction on ID), 1st window hour wait, sent to second window hour wait, third window 2 1/2 hour and counting wait. Smh this is unacceptable, if I could give a 1/4 of a star I would. 517 pm still waiting.. Literally last person to be seen, and still someone had to try and make it seem like it was my fault.. never again, rather drive to another borough than go through that again.

  They are very unprofessional, the front agent said to wait on line to have the original registration instead of using the machine to have the temporary. Made me wait more than a hour to just get a temporary and the original one didn’t come yet have to go there and more than hour again
