  This is my second trip to Toyota of Portland. This time my engine light came on, and I immediatley took it to them for help considering they took good care of me the first time I paid them a visit. I was greeted by Joel who quickly went over to check out my car. He let me know exactly what each next step was going to be and reassured me that they were going to figure it out. After about an hour or so, I was back on the road with my car taken care of and they didn’t even charge me for the service. By far, one of the best customer service experiences I have had while living in Portland.

  I am quite happy with the overall car buying experience at this dealership and sales person (Vitali) was very much knowledgeable about the car features. I'd certainly recommend this dealership to my friends/family members if they are planning to buy Toyota vehicle. One thing I'd like to mention:- As car purchase is a special thing, dealership should at least give a nice key chain or something to make it more special. Also to mention, I'd definitely recommend any store/dealer if they can provide a good service post buying. Every store person is nice and good at the time of buying, but if that changes completely after buying, I won't recommend that store to anyone. I hope to get a good service from this dealership for future time as I have received a good service till now.

  Pretty straightforward maintenance service. Staff were respectful and informative. Nothing amiss with the car. Four stars simply because we received six different requests to fill out a survey (three emails, a phone call, two texts). I know this is how business runs these days, but that level of persistence is more obnoxious than genuinely curious about our experience.

  Service rep, Andrew Blaine, and staff were very professional, efficient, timely, and completed the work discussed. Made recommendations for additional service, as well as what didn't need to be done until future scheduled mileage service. Have always had positive and great experiences with Toyota of Portland Service Department (and previously when known as Broadway Toyota). Keep up the good work! Similar positive review with their full interior & exterior "Detail Service". Service rep Josh and the "detail staff" did a great job. Definitely worth the investment for a professional & thorough detailing of my vehicle!!

  From the time I walked into the dealership and asked about the peace of mind Toyota care plus for vehicles over 30K miles, I received the best assistance. Jefferson was professional and offered the best customer service. He kept me informed of what work was being done on the car as well as the condition of the car for a future visit. I would recommend Jefferson. His excellent customer service. Broadway is the only way!
