  Great people! Very nice and honest! Had a massive heater core repair and they worked very hard and fast through unforseen circumstances with the vehicle. Very professional!!

  Update: They are HONEST repair folks! My window repair was not fixed. I went back to the shop a few times and in the end asked for a refund. There was no hassle and they truly went the the extra mile to attempt to fix my window. It has been an on going repair issue so I appreciate the multiple attempts that were made. Original: I originally went in with needing multiple things looked at from my headlights to bodywork repair. They made me feel comfortable by providing honest suggestions and services! I was able to drop off my car and get important repairs done same day. This shop is affordable, trustworthy, and truly seem to enjoy the work they are doing! Amber was a doll and kept me updated on my car repairs. I will be going back there in the near future to finish up my repairs!

  Whew! That was easy. My brake lights went out. I stopped at my regular mechanic and they told me they could get me in in 6 days! That would have been VERY unsafe. I dropped into Comfort and they instantly took care of it because they said it wasn't safe for me to be driving. Not only that, but it was free. Really thought they were nice and went out of their way for me. Thank you!

  If you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust and rely on Comfort Auto is it. Plain and simple. They’ll blow you away. I’m new to Portland and have been in search of a trusty mechanic since I moved here. I know little about cars and have always valued the integrity and honesty of a good mechanic. The team, especially Amber, is excellent in customer service. They just get it. I needed work done on my car that was necessary but expensive. They gave me a discount (!!!!!) to make it more affordable for me and they seemed genuinely concerned that I drove away in a safe car. These kind people do it right. I’ll send everyone here without question.

  THESE PEOPLE ARE UNETHICAL LIARS! They gave me an estimate, and then realized it was wrong due to an error in their system, but told me they would honor it anyhow. After THREE WEEKS of waiting for them, they came back with a new estimate over $300 MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL! When confronted about the new estimate, Amber called us CHEAP!
