  These guys are crooks!! My son went out to help a fellow employee who was stranded with a blown out tire near 360 and route 20. He called Towing Angels for a tow. They asked where the vehicle was located. He told him where they were. They took his credit card information and said the driver would call them when he was on his way. They also warned him that there would be a cancellation fee if they drove all the way out there and there was no vehicle. 35 minutes later the driver called and said he was headed that way. My son asked asked him how much the tow would cost and the driver said $377.00. They were only towing it to her house which was six miles away. My son immediately cancelled the tow and was informed by the driver that there would be a $129.00 cancellation fee. After hanging up with the driver he called Denny’s Towing who arrived on the scene with a tow truck and towed the vehicle home for $125.00, $4.00 less than it cost my son to cancel the $377 tow from Towing angels. The driver was just leaving their place of business when the tow was cancelled. A $20 cancellation fee would have been more than reasonable. When we called to ask about the exorbadent cancellation fee all we got was “sorry but that is our policy”. So consider yourself warned. Don’t use these guys. Call around to other tow companies and of course ask how much the tow will be BEFORE you give them your credit card info. Something my son failed to do that cost him $129.00.

  The driver called to let me know his ETA and also called again once he arrived to let me know he had my truck and advised he would call back once he delivered my truck to the shop. Thanks Towing Angels

  Driver Arrived on time was very professional. Price was reasonable and will use again in the future

  They came and picked me up on the side of the road and got me home without any problems.
