  I scheduled a move with this company and a few days prior I noticed there was rain in the forecast so I called them to make sure they would still be able to move me. They stated that if there is rain then they would just wait for the rain to stop then continue to move me THAT DAY. The guy reassured me they would move me that day despite the weather, so instead of finding another company I kept my appointment with them. The day of the move it was raining in the morning, but they weren't scheduled to come until 3pm. I didn't receive any calls that day, so I decided to call them at 2pm to confirm they're ETA. The guy answered, and stated they wouldn't be able to move me. As you can imagine I was livid, because no one even reached out to me! I HAD TO CALL THEM! The guy lied and said that he didnt tell me they would move me because he claimed they didn't work in the rain. Which isn't true, because when we first got on the phone he said he was wet from a previous move. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

  We moved in July and Big Bear was awesome - I strongly recommend them, and would definitely use them again. They worked through the heat without complaint. We had a lot of books, delicate furniture and big pieces - they handled it all. It was a 3 day move, from/to a two story house and they got after it. I think the heat index was pushing 115. Courteous, respectful of us and our furniture and friendly. USE THESE GUYS!!
