  Just had a phone conversation with this guy and asked him if he had a shop vac hose. He said yes, but it didn’t seem convincing. I asked him how much it cost, and he told me just to come in. I told him it would take me half an hour, but he didn’t care. He wouldn’t give me a price, so I told him I wouldn’t come in, and he said ok. He was playing it coy, but it’s shady, and he was wasting my time. Why wouldn’t you want to make a deal? In his defense, I think he said he had to go downstairs to check the price. So go downstairs! Horrible customer service.

  Has potential. Thought they closed at 5. Arrived today at 3:55 and the owners were already pulling down the shutters with no explanation.
