::The first time I order a truck it was running two hours late. The second time I order the truck they were supposed to bring x amount of concrete and they didn't bring anything close to that. They wanted to charge me additional fee for what I already paid for. Extremly horrible customer service!!!!! The guy on the phone with me basically told me to f*** off after invested a lot of money in materials with this company. I would rate this zero. This company is a corporation they have plenty of clients, this probably won't matter much to them, but for your own sake think twice there are plenty of companies out there.

::Both this location and the one around 39street are rude and dont know how to talk to customers. If you place an order for a specific day and time they are ALWAYS late with it. They are lucky i ran out of options on ordering with another company. They need to do there job better l as they are to f***ing rude.

::Anyone who's ordered sidewalk concrete from them will see their concrete disintegrate within 5 years. When I say disintegrate, I mean pockmarks, sand disintegrating from the concrete, etc. These guys must be using a 10:1 cement to sand mixture. Quite a win-win scam for them. You order concrete for a few years, blame the contractor for poor results, & when you have a new contractor re-do it, Kings will probably get the call since they're so popular around Brooklyn. You've been warned!!!!
