  Love the selection at this TJMaxx. The employees and very courteous and efficient but the wait to cash out is ALWAYS horrifically long.

  The workers are rude and horrible. Not professional at all. My friend and I went in on Thursday March 15 at around 8pm and the manager who had blue colored tips on her hair was so unprofessional. She rolled her eyes when talking to us and when she called for the us to go to the register she walked away and one of her representative told her we were waiting and she said “I told them to wait” so unpleasant. The jewelry section never has an employee working there, we have to look for someone and wait. My friend called for the manager and she said she won’t be helping her and pointed at a girl that will help her. I know this store is located in the bronx but as a company there shouldn’t be a reason why employees act the way they do so unprofessionally and when I got downtown it’s so different. Not my favorite location and if I can give it no star I would have. Workers are disgusting and wouldn’t recommend anyone to walk in there.

  Store is always messy and the shelves are always a mess. But the prices are great and the staff is usually pretty friendly.

  Great selection. Reasonable prices. Very organized, and the check-out line moves quickly.
