  Not a lot of collection compared to the their Queens location, went there to return few item which I ordered online was super easy. The best time to buy their expensive branded items when they are on sale otherwise it's too expensive.

  Good experience at the colone counter, lack luster performance buying a shirt. Check out girl was funky and a bit rude. No kind of customer service whatever the lowest Mark's for her.

  This macys is a really good place to shop at, you get some really good customer service and there's so many things you could find,they even have so many sales at some points you just gotta keep a look out for that.

  The store has a great selection. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, and the prices are fair for the quality

  This Macy's frustrates me so much, mainly because of the customer service. The place always seems like a ghost town and you have to chase people down just to get some assistance. While I was at the cashier waiting for someone to help me find an item, there was another woman in who came over to the counter to ask if they could check and see if they carried a particular size, to which some random employee who had wandered over behind the customer service desk, replied, "I don't know. I don't work in this department." And that was it. No, let me see if I can find someone to assist you. Let me at least see if I can research something in the system. Just, nope, I can't help you. The staff in there act like they're doing you a favor by assisting you and it angers me to no end. This is why I only come in here as a last resort.
