  Absolutely love the selection of dresses, wish there were more stars to rate it! Donna and her staff are so helpful and they really do accommodate for most things which is very hard to find!! Would recommend to EVERYONE!!!

  I cannot say enough about how talented and wonderful Donna, the boutique owner is! My daughter and I stumbled upon her quaint shop on a Sunday afternoon while shopping for a Thanksgiving dress. That lead to browsing for Communion dresses, which, in turn, led to Donna handcrafting the most gorgeous Communion dress we could have ever imagined! Rhiannan's dress was absolutely stunning! As people were proceeding up the aisle to accompany their children to the altar to receive their first Holy Communion, they were actually stopping to compliment Rhiannan on how beautiful her dress was. I highly recommend Tiggy Winks if you are shopping for your child, or even yourself. Donna also carries women's clothing, bridal gowns, as well as shoes and accessories. If you need it, Donna has it and she is very reasonably priced! Stop in as soon as you can, and I assure you won't be disappointed!

  What a cute place! Not too expensive either.
