  First of all; I had so many things on my mind regarding our wedding besides being harassed by one of their employees! She was so nasty to me when I called, every time matter-a-fact, so I told the boss about it! Instead of the manager handling it (unprofessionally) the receptionist decided to take the situation into her own hands, on the clock, calling ME at my job! She went into my PERSONAL file folder and called me on MY CELLPHONE saying “hi this is ___ from Paradise Bridal, what’s you’re problem with me?! I said are you kidding me!!! I’m working right now and how did you even get my number?! She then DEMANDED my MOMS phone number to call and ask her! But the best part was, when the manager called me back, she was so okay with it, “she just wanted to know what the issue was” you, b^%#^ you’re the issue. The manager was so passive about the situation brushed it off, and did nothing further. If I did that at my job, I’d be fired! You cannot access’s someone’s records at your job for personal use. That is NOT how you treat a customer who’s buying thousands of dollars in dresses! I just wanted this review to focus on the unprofessionalism and disgust of my experience here. Thumbs down!! I lost 65lbs before our wedding. And 2 weeks before our wedding the seamstress says to me it’s not our fault you lost so much weight. Well it is, because one of your employees told me I had to lose 10lbs! I listened to the sound of my Swarovski crystals and beading hit the floor, and saw my dress chopped up in lace, 2 weeks before the wedding!!! I’ll never forget the DRAMA, stress and AGGRAVATION I had at Paradise Bridal, the BIGGEST MISTAKE. Shame on you for making me write this post 8 months after my wedding cause I’m still fuming with the way you ALL treated my family and I! Buh-bye! I hope all the beadings fall off of all your dresses, Paradise. Btw. My final fitting, I asked 5 times to try on my veil, and nobody brought it to me.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at Paradise! I was recommended to visit here by 4 women who've gotten their wedding dresses at Paradise, and who all had nothing but great things to say about their assistance and selection of dresses. I made an appointment with ease. My mother and sister joined me and Cindy was our bridal assistant. She was so sweet and helpful. I was sort of all over the place with the type of dress I was looking for, and she listened to my requests and pulled several different dresses based on what I told her. I was concerned my size wouldn't be available in the dress I liked (I'm a 12-14), but I didn't have to worry, there were a ton of samples in my size. After the 5th dress I tried on I knew I found the one!!!! I got my veil too that day, and it matches my dress perfectly. I just can't say enough about the perfect experience I had at Paradise. I was dreading dress shopping due to my own issues with my weight, but Cindy put me at complete ease and made the process 100% enjoyable. I have recommended Paradise already to my friend and family and can't wait for my dress to come in!!

  Matilda sold me my dress, she knew EXACTLY what i was looking for, i fell in love with the first one she pulled for me. She was personable, kind and helpful. My dress came in roughly 10 months later (they told me this prior to ordering and it was way before my wedding date). Unfortunately the length was too long and bottom was see through (didnt know this when buying it) as it was an issue with the dressmaker. Patty and Matilda worked hard to make sure that the designer fixed the problem for me and at no cost to me. They certainly did right by me and i couldnt be happier. Thank you guys, i cant wait to wear my dress on my big day!

  I REGRET ORDERING MY DRESS FROM THIS PLACE, I THOUGHT BECAUSE THEY WERE A STAPLE IN A COMMUNITY I COULD TRUST THEM. My dress came in Wrong and they were Terrible about it. Insisted it was the dress I ordered when it definitely was NOT! I didn't have enough time to order the right dress . they offered Nothing to compensate me. If that wasnt bad enough..I was completely embarrassed to bring my wedding party to the showroom, it was FILTHY and it Smelled of MILDEW. MY GIRLS Ordered from David's Bridal and were All very pleased. I should have gone there too.

  Made my wife (fiancee at the time of interaction) cry on numerous occasions. The day I, her husband had to go with her, a Thursday at 730pm, there was a woman there making sure they finished the alterations on her dress for the wedding the next day. #StressFreeWeddingVender Recommendation: Purchase dress from them (if you must have that individual dress) and go elsewhere for alterations. Wouldn't let wife see her own dress which she paid for in full. Once they did, they sold her dress to someone else and had to get a new one shipped to them. Wife went for 4-5 fitting, first 3 fittings, wife waited 1-2 hours each time to be seen, and nothing was done. Forth fitting, I went with her to ensure they were going to see her in a timely fashion and weren't going to blow her off na hem was crocked as heck. Almost had to steal her own (paid for dress) because she wasn't sure a dress which was paid for a year ago was going to be ready for wedding. Fittings started two months prior to wedding and we needed to be there a week before to finish. If you go here you will be frustrated.
