  Service fail. Customer service fail. Failed to show for at home repair. GLASS DOCTOR appt setter screwed up my appt. Lost a day waiting, no joy. Appt setter claimed she recalled setting it for the day after, but, amazingly, had to make up info about my make and model for the appt she "recalled", when I called for an explanation. Had her "manager" call me, fr Thrifty, to claim that I cursed at her and they wouldn't do my work because of it. Good thing Glass Doctor has those quality assurance tapes, huh?

  They are affordable, kind and professional. I would highly recommend them if you need glass repaired in your vehicle.
