::Happy to make you wait without telling you. I arrived and asked if they had time to do an oil change right away. Sure they said. At 45 minutes asked if my car was ready. “No”. Then at an hour and 20 minutes they said “still waiting for my filter to arrive”. What? Couldn’t you just have told me that you did not have my filter in stock and let me decide if I wanted to wait? Bottom line is they valued getting a bit of extra business over an excessive wait for me.

::I have updated this review to reflect a very real problem. My tires were rotated and balanced as part on an oil change in May. I requested this service again in April, and was told it could not be performed and shown my wheel lock key. The cashier was dismissive, questioning if I had even had it done in May to which I said "Yes, because I specifically told you the Cooper had less than 1k on it and the treads were all comparable". I did not get my tire balance and rotation, and then had to go to the dealership where they keep all the keys. They can unlock my wheels, but cannot sell me a key. Policy now is to place a new wheel lock set on the car with a new wheel lock key. Installed, this would be about $150. I took the least damning option of having them completely remove my wheel locks and place regular lug nuts on my wheels. This service was $85, and I question if this will ever be remedied. I am now coming back from a road trip with 2000 new miles on my car, forfeiting the scheduled balance and rotation, and have the ability regained to be able to change my tire if I blow it along the interstate and highway routes in my travels.

::I was experiencing exhaust problems so I took my car to Meineke. The mechanic was very thoughtful and showed me exactly what the problem was. The final cost was what they estimated, and was 50% cheaper than what an independent garage wanted. I would go to Meineke again.

::Just had a Uber maintenance done and for the 3rd time they did not check the air pressure in my tires. I spoke to the manager about this problem and that it happened before. He told me why don't you go somewhere else if I don't like it here. I told him how come you aren't telling your guys to do the job that they are paid to do. He told me if you keep having problems here you can go somewhere else. I told him he was a terrible manager if he thinks like that. He responded by saying just giving you some other options. Not the best customer service.

::Came in for a routine oil change. Upon getting my vehicle back, the interior of the cloth on my driver side door had oil splotches, along with the steering wheel. This is not ideal but I can understand that happening. I asked them to clean it off and they complied. The real problem was while driving home, I noticed I couldn't see out of half of the windshield. Pulling over to investigate, it appeared that oil had been hastily wiped off of the entire passenger side of the vehicle. Looking under the hood, there were fresh oil specs littering everything and was a mess. Not a good experience for a simple oil change.
