The tour is informational and interesting. You get to sample many different kinds of chocolate and you get a store discount! It's great for people of all ages. The chocolate is delicious and I support their mission to provide fair working wages for farmers. Definitely something not to miss on your trip to Seattle.

Awesome tour! Go mid week if you can to avoid crowds. There are free samples of base chocolates and of specialty products from their kitchen! Your guides are fun and informative. The store is fun as well and has a great selection of their products. If you get a chance to take a class (check the website) those are highly recommended as well!

Fantastic chocolate! The factory tour is a must. This is the best hands - on education you can get into the production and manufacture of chocolate. Plus, the chocolate itself is second to none, whether you're into straight up dark or milk chocolate, or looking for something more adventurous. They're always coming up with innovative varieties. The gift shop carries all of their best chocolates, plus gnaches and toffees. You can also sample almost everything they sell.

Absolutely fantastic place. My brother took me here and I must say some of the flavors they fuse are offputting at first and quite surprisingly good when you try them. They leave samples for people to try which is great. There is however a lot of Dark Chocolate which I do not care for. Despite the use of Dark Chocolate, everything tastes amazing, looks beautiful and makes the surrounding area smell like heaven :)

This place is fantastic. You can find their chocolates around town but if you stop by the factory you will get a better deal. Plus there are free samples of your favorites and new creations. Take the chocolate factory tour. It is well worth the money. You will get so many samples that it pays for itself. Just make sure to come with an appetite. Keep in mind that in the spring and summer Fremont farmers market will be happening on the weekends and parking can be tough.
