  I have no idea why I have never posted a review here. First of all, there are no words I could type to describe the Love I have for Joe Rossi as My Strength & Conditioning Coach. He took me from severely injured to the #1 Ranked Judoka in the USA then Stood by my side and rebuilt me as I challenged myself after a 3 year retirement to try a new Sport Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, in 1 year I cut 40 lbs solid and became 2015 IBJJF World Master Champion. Second, there are no words to describe my love for the whole YESS family. Everyone is superb in their own craft and I truly love all of them.

  Excellent training place for strength and vinditionubg. Great fight trainers too! Best energy I've ever experienced in a gym of any kind.

  Trained here for 6-8 months before I had to move and the club taught me a lot, from lifting weights properly, boxing technique, and improving my strength and conditioning. Everybody happily works as a team to help you improve as whole and the coaches spend their time helping you if you have any questions. Would definitely recommend if youre interested in martial arts and/or weightlifting and would like to learn proper technique and become stronger.
