  Great service. Clean. Always smells wonderful in the lobby. I've stayed here twice during Comic Con. I will recommend this to anyone wanting a comfortable stay downtown. Comfy hotel room. I loved the bathroom mirrors!

  Relaxing and inviting. Wish house keeping would have cleaned the room without being asked. There were paint stains in the tub and around the toilet seat. Wish they would have cleaned before we arrived. Other than that the room was great with partial view of the city.

  Best hotel experience and stay I've ever had! The staff are amazing, friendly, and helpful. The location is prime. Hotel views are spectacular. Everything from the cleanliness to the amenities are awesome!

  Nice hotel and decent customer service. When we arrived in our room, we found the shower head broken. We called downstairs and asked for another room, but the gentleman insisted that they were fully booked. He sent someone up to try and fix the shower head. After 20 minutes of trying, he leaves and comes back with another gentleman to assist us to another room (wait, I thought they were fully booked?). Once we get in there after laying down, feathers started flying through the air because there was a hole in the down comforter. We thought it was comical, but the cleaning lady wanted us to show her where the hole was before replacing the blanket (but only with a fleece blanket, not the original down comforter). All in all, it was a decent stay. The lobby smelled amazing with whatever scent they use. I'd love it for my home! Also, the fitness/gym area was very nice and well furnished!

  We stayed 3 nights while attending a volleyball tournament. Our room had a king bed and a single pull-out bed, perfect for the 3 of us. We love being able to use the enclosed walkways that connect the convention center, Lucas Oil stadium, the mall, and a few hotels. The breakfast buffet was good, the bar staff were exceptionally nice. We would definitely stay here again.
