Spaceous, clean suite with a exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff are friendly. I was here for a professional event and appreciated that everything ran smoothly. The food for breaks and lunches was also quite good. The hotel is centrally located, but you have to look a little bit to see the small entrance sign, otherwise, you'll miss the hotel!

AC was barely functioning the whole stay. The breakfast and happy hour were nice. The rooms are spacious and well furnished but the AC issue was a long-standing issue after talking to associates.

Nice hotel located on the outskirts of Indianapolis. Very good breakfast great selection with good amount of room to sit. Good size in door pool. Parking lot is smaller but you can use the Sams parking lot next door

The suite didn't include silverware or any dishes as other suites. There was quite a bit of hair found on the floor and carpets. Beautiful building though and up to date furniture. Also the AC unit was so noisy, hard to stay asleep because of it

Loud. Great place to be around screaming children. Internet kept kicking me off and asking if i wanted to pay for premium service. Parking very expensive and not included. Breakfast not great, but again you get the screaming children in their pajamas. Planned to meet a client in bar, but seats all taken by children: yea, in the bar. Pool was very small and full of children. Elevators effectively slow and a real nuisance. Stairwells closed. No ice machines functioning... Staff seemed to be foreign nationals, frightened and confused.
