  Very nice hotel. Very clean upon arrival. Bellhops were very helpful and nice. Customer service was excellent. Check in was a breeze. Room was very clean and all the features worked in the room. Room Service was fast and good. A bit pricey but it is room service. The bed was very comfortable and the there was a very large new TV in the room with on demand.

  Over sold the king rooms, so my wife and I spent our "romantic" weekend in separate beds. Catering for our group was high quality and surprisingly good. However, they didn't serve enough for our whole group to eat. Spent a lot of time waiting for more food to arrive. Hotel was very clean and well-decorated.

  The location is just out of the way enough to be inconvenient, but they have a shuttle to somewhat make up for that. It's about a ten minute walk to the metro. The staff are generally nice and the rooms are comfortable, but for the price I would expect a little more. The small details give away the lack of real quality. The scratches on the bathroom hardware, the chunk taken out of the door, the tiny specs on the carpet in the hall that show that it hasn't been cleaned over the course of a couple of days, the coffee packets that are the wrong size for the coffee machine. It's just a lack of attention to detail that makes me not want to stay again. It was a pleasant and quiet stay, but I can get that from a Holiday Inn Express.

  The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel itself was clean and our room was noticeably updated. Trademark restaurant is attached, has nice beer selection as was as food choices. I had the crab cake Benedict, it was very good although it came alone...could've used potatoes. Only issue was valets were slow, but it was a busy holiday weekend.

  Very well run hotel. Professional and extremely helpful staff. Decent restaurant. Food from kitchen was fresher than most hotels. Rooms are clean and fresh. The shower does not work properly though
