  A very pleasant hotel! The location is simply amazing, the old town is very pretty clean and calm! Lots of restaurants! The service at the hotel is great! Super professional and friendly! The rooms are nice and clean, just a little outdated but the beds are really comfortable, we had a good rest! The gym is really nice! They used to have a swimming pool, hopefully they will open it again soon! Great stay!

  Such a beautiful hotel and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The valet area gets a bit crowded at times and there’s not much room when you’re either leaving the hotel or coming back. But the valet staff were always seen working fast. The hotel does have complimentary transportation if you want to check out old town Alexandria by the water as we were told on our way to church. It was so beautiful to enjoy the fall weather and the colors of the trees in the courtyard. You’re really near so much. We walked to grab coffee and dinner, then checked out the grocery store nearby. Our room was clean, towels well stocked, and the bed was the best (super comfy)! Thanks for the hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay!

  Remember to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be let down. Nice hotel. Bed was awesome and slept wonderfully. Only setback was getting extra towels. Went downstairs to get them, was told housekeeping would bring them and ended up having send my grandson to get towels late at night.

  All great! The room was very clean, the staff was welcoming and warm. The hotel itself looked beautiful inside. The two gentlemen that did Valet were always very kind by opening the doors for us. Overall, outstanding! FYI, if you don't want to pay for Valet there is always plenty of parking around the hotel if you are only hanging at the hotel for a couple of hours and then going to dinner, and between 9pm and 8am pm street parking is free. For overnight there is a parking garage to the right of the hotel for $10 a day if you don't find street parking. The only caveat for that garage is you cannot go in and out.

  We stayed at the hotel for five days. We had room service twice, despite asking for it daily on several occasions. We had an accessible room. There was NO shelving around the sink. Toiletries had to be kept on a small shelf across the room. This requires someone to stand and hand shaving cream, deodorant etc. to the person with an accessibility issue. The staff was welcoming. The hotel, although old, is kept clean. Note the restaurant is not open for Sunday evening. The restaurant was good and offered healthy choices. Our bill was wrong charging us for parking even though we. did not have a car. It is a long walk to Old Town. This hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood, across from the Federal Courthouse.
