    Such helpful guys!! Went in after work not long before the truck was going to arrive. It was the last day for me to drop my 2 items in the post, but I didn't get a chance to pack them at work. Mario was so patient with me and helped me pack Both Boxes up so they made it on the truck on time. I really appreciate the help. And to the people with bad experiences, I have to ask if they were the issue and not the employees....

    I went to this store to drop off a package. The guy at the front was very uninviting and slightly rude. He also didn’t scan my drop off for tracking. Reading the previous reviews the manager just disputes whatever reviews guests leave instead of finding, and resolving the customer service issues that this place obviously has. *response to management* Thanks for responding. I came to drop off with my own prepaid shipping label and only had ONE ITEM! Which goes with my critique that management Is BS and will write anything to make a customer seem wrong. And I did not receive one receipt let alone two. I didn’t even receive a receipt for the envelope that I purchased...and my item was not scanned at drop off. I know because I tracked it. Also I did not mention to the associate that I had an issue with not receiving a receipt.. maybe you have me confused with another customer. Attain better customer service reps & management
