They try and scam you into opening an account by charging $8.00 to cash one of their checks.

I suspect the employee stole my money but i don't have evidence for that. I counted my deposit 3 times at home, but when the teller count, it is less than $140. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE

Please put someone by the door who fully understands what business you are trying to have done at the bank. I felt that I was explaining myself to a child with 0 knowledge of business banking processes. And why is the phone at this location never answered? Definitely wasted energy and time going to the location because no one answered the phone, then was greeted by someone who had absolutely no idea what was going on.

This is the third time this year I have come here and it always has long line with only one cashier working. The previous two time I thought it might have been an anomaly but looks like thats the case always. Whoever can affect a change in this place please hire more tellers and get the line moving faster. I love BoA but waiting here for a long time is always a pain.

Just close this location for poor performance and save your brand name.. Went in 5 X for the same job. It is good for ATM use but real banking is a mess. Always sort staff and hard to get a banker- even if you did get ready for multiple visit. Poor very poor performance for BOA brand name.....will bank with CHASE instead... and this was for a business account. I only wonder how they treat for regular accounts.
