  Literally the most helpful ups store I've ever been to. The woman with the reddish brown hair is so nice. I never feel like I'm bothering her to be there.

  Shipped my Bose radio to be fix. The people in the store were very helpful and very nice. They told it will take 3 days to get there. Gave me a slip showing how to track the package. Got there in 2 days. I was very happy with the service .

  Terrible customer service. Went in to mail package. Had label affixed already. Needed small piece of packing tape to close box. He said there wld be a charge for that. I thought he was kidding so i laughed but he was serious. $2 for piece of tape! I left, went to dollar store next door, got 2 rolls of packing tape for $1 and went to the ups store all the way south on dpa. Bye. Never go there.

  Lot of packages going missing because UPS throw them on the door and does not even know I've seen them with my own eyes. So it was their idea to just get it shipped to the store it was a replacement part for my car. When I got there the lady told me you can just use this address whenever you want we have to charge you a $25 fee which is cost more than the actual shipping I'll be reporting these people to the Better Business Bureau yet again
