  After a less than pleasant experience at Atlantic Insurance, I came here and was greeted by Christopher Ball. I needed him to notarize some documents and he was more than helpful and did even charge me. Thanks for the great service! I'll definitely return.

  Unable to speak directly to someone at the branch all calls are forwarded to a call center at which time you're switched over to voice or digital assistant.

  Especially Chris is the most friendly with hearty laughter . I am Citibank customer since 1994, open my account in Brooklyn then moved to North Babylon . I saw some not caring type employee as well as some friendly one too, but when I see Chris being called ' Shady' is shocking. I know Chris for more then ten years and found him friendly to all races and gender.

  I prefer to go to this Citibank before any other. They are so friendly and polite. I always leave with a smile.

  I went with my boyfriend to solve an issue with my account and they weren’t helpful at all , there’s this one lady her last name is dyakme or something like that . She was so rude and racist . Didn’t want to accept my boyfriends id told him to get a legal is when it was ! Lord never again am i going there
