::I am a regular yoga student here. With different schedules,we have had several instructors the past 2 years - all of them have challenged me as I am an older working woman trying to incorporate yoga into my life. Shannon has also protected me - and other type A's- who might overdo . I have so appreciated her constant reminders aimed at helping me slowly and with intention move the poses a level higher . If one wishes to stay at a gentle or beginner level , she makes it absolutely OK . I believe yoga is for all ages - am so grateful to have a place like Synergy to help me practice and learn at my own pace and level with instructors like Shannon , Richard, Lisa , and others .

::Yoga and Nia are great ways to move you body in this place. Instructors are very nice and friendly. Shannon is always willing to know how are bodies are doing and gives us suggestions on how to adjust the exercises for a better experience. I love the fact that their multi-class pass never expires.
