  I’ve taken a few classes here and loved each one! Courtney worked my class hard and was a great motivator. The spin and kick boxing combination is genius... no boredom and a full body workout that flies by. Everything is increbility well thought out, from the aesthetics to the smoothie options to the lockers. I drive 30 minutes to get here and it is well worth it!

  The Rumble and Ride class was both fun AND a great full body work out. The pace and instruction is great no matter what your level. As a first-time boxer, I learned a ton, and left class knowing I'd be back for more. The studio is gorgeous... with lockers, shoes and water provided. And the Mighty Quinn smoothie is a personal favorite!

  I decided to try out boxing for the first time at The Studio, and they got me hooked. Great class and great instructor! The facility is brand new and super cute not to mention they have delicious smoothies. Love the fact that you can place your smoothie order prior to class and its waiting for you once you finish. Great addition to the area!

  The Studio @ Beacon is immaculately kept, with modern equipment and a rockin' sound system. I love the music their instructors pick out, fantastic classic tracks, and tracks from modern movies like Guy Ritchie films that get you jacked up to ride, and even more so to punch the bags. The shoes, gloves and wraps they provide are phenom, and the bags are super heavy so you can unload without feeling like people are wondering what you are so angry about :). I love this place, don't even live in Beacon but make it a point to stop in on the regs anyway. Oh and the smoothies are tip top, order before you work out so it is ready for sucking as soon as you disrobe. This place rocks, have a blast if and when you stop in!!

  The Studio is trendy, modern and sleek. They did a phenomenal job on the design and layout. I had a baby 16 months ago and have struggled to get back into a routine, I was afraid the Rumble & Ride classes would be too difficult for me having just started doing low intensity workouts at home. Not only was I able to keep up and get a great workout in; they were SO fun. The music made me want to dance in my seat! Just when you think your legs can’t pedal anymore it’s time to Rumble! I highly recommend checking this place out. I took two classes and one of the owner’s, Laura, taught my second class and she crushed it. You can tell how passionate they are about the Studio and their message.
