  Beacon of Light Wellness Center is a real gem of a place. I practice Kundalini and Iyengar yoga regularly there and know that in time I’ll be leaving behind special visits to New York City for yoga to focus my practice almost entirely in Beacon. My yoga teachers for the moment at Beacon of Light – Alison, Cristina, Dana and Sara – are all very well trained, experienced, rigorous and deeply grounded in their practice yet at the same welcoming and supportive. Students of all levels of experience are warmly welcomed. I also go to Beacon of Light for massage with Christine Winus, a holistic massage therapist with a wise heart and knowledgeable and healing hands. These gifted teachers and therapist are just a few of the practitioners offering a very diverse range of healing and transformational classes and services. I highly recommend Beacon of Light Wellness Center.

  I have a monthly pass to this studio and attend often. The studio offers a variety of classes, seven days a week, night and day. I like the variety of classes, that include Kundalini yoga and Iyengar yoga. Note that the fees for classes here are currently the lowest in the area.The studio is just around the corner from Beacon's Main Street and is by the large public parking lot on Henry Street. The location makes it easy to find for the many day trippers to Beacon who can't do without yoga while away from home.
