::The max of Montclair is the best. It anchored my day like no other regimen has. The workouts are amazing as well as flexible. You can modify as necessary. I happened to be in Lou's crew, which is quite the privilege, because Lou is also awesome. Very kind, funny, and motivating. In fact, I found all of the trainers to be very inspiring and knowledgeable. I think the fact that the classes are 45 minutes versus an hour make all the difference too. Even though the workouts are quite challenging, they're not impossible. I've never felt so good. Unlike most places in Montclair, there is plenty of parking on site. This is a huge plus! The max is pretty much perfect in every way, like gym heaven. My friend recommended the Max to me, and I'm so happy that she did. Now I'm thrilled to be a legacy member.

::The Max Challenge is the most fun experience i've ever had working out! i hadn't worked out in over a year and when i came into the max for my first workout i felt right at home. you quickly get to know everyone and become a family as well as challenge yourself everyday. This ten-week program, of 5 x 45 minutes exercise classes each week, combined with healthy, clean eating, ensures the pounds drop off, as you get fitter, stronger and healthier by the week. The classes are fun: Monday is cardio, Tuesday, weights, Wednesday, cardio, Thursday Legs, Friday Cardio and kickboxing. And did I mention how much FUN you’ll have, with inspiring instructors?
