  This is one of my favorite places to go in Babylon Village. Being a former resident in West Islip, now living in the City... I miss this place very much. It's my go to spot when I need to feel zen and need a break from NYC. I know this place very well. The Teachers are very knowledgeable and this is the only studio in Long Island where you feel so welcomed upon entering. Good vibes and good energy. Once you try yoga and meditation, you will soothe your soul. If you're new to Yoga and Meditation, this is the best thing for your body and mind. If you're a regular, then, keep coming. The best Yoga Studio in all of Long Island by far. Treat yourself and be kind to your soul, try The Long Island Center for Yoga, you won't be disappointed.

  Very relaxing environment. I had a great time with my girlfriend. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and we did meditation and gentle Yoga. No issues.

  I visited the Long Island Center for Yoga as a guest teacher running a workshop in August 2016. I found the studio to be very clean, homey, and well organized. The staff was very professional and responsive to email and our needs. The owner Jackie is a fantastic teacher with a variety of training from various traditions.
