  I found the programming creates a great full body workout, functional movements at their best. Coaches are knowledgeable, helpful and always give alternatives to every move to assist with different abilities. This box is the best! I should also mention whether you are a beginner or an advanced Crossfitter they cater to all. Trial classes are available if you want to stop by.

  Great people - really liked this particular Crossfit (more than previous ones). The workouts were creative - a great mix of lifting, bodyweight and cardio. HOWEVER, the workouts changed about 6 mos ago when they changed their program director. Big mistake. They've lost the niche that this particular CF held - something that I think drew a largely female crowd too. Now, their workouts are just like others like Rapture. And I've ditched to try other boxes. If they go back to their original format, I've consider going back.
