  Way over priced. Clothing does not come back in a timely fashion. Service is a joke, and they seem to find there price gouging humorous. Will never use them again!!!! 😡

  I dropped off shirts, pants, and a white coat that I had to have cleaned with relative urgency for medical school. The shirts and pants were ready the next day at 5. No problem. The white coat didn't come back for a week despite being told it would be ready the following day at 5. I made multiple trips and calls and the standard answer of "it's not back yet-- tomorrow at 5 it will be ready" was given. I value businesses that make promises or claims and stick with them or own any way in which things deviate. Interestingly the white coat had a tag saying "ready August 4th, 5pm" when it wasn't ready until August 9th. Someone dropped the ball and left me, as the customer, completely out of the loop. I feel there are too many dry cleaners operating in Fort Worth, particularly in that area of town, to justify returning or trusting them with anything of relative urgency or importance.
