  I took in a brand new dress shirt to have dry cleaned. When I came to pick it up, there was a one inch tear on the front of the shirt. The lady working there refused to accept responsibility and told me they would do nothing to remedy the situation. I told her I wanted the shirt replaced or some kind of compensation. She was extremely rude and still refused to even consider fault. I told her I'd never do business there again and her response was a mocking laugh and "Ok, goodbye". Enough said. Go here at your own risk.

  After going to multiple dry cleaners that gave my clothes back with awful wrinkles and broken buttons, I finally found Boss Cleaners. They do a wonderful job cleaning my clothes, and they even repaired some of the buttons others had broken, without my asking. They aren't particularly cheap, but for the service you get, they aren't that expensive either.
