  Went here to purchase material for some home renovations I was doing, after calling to make sure everything I needed was in stock at the store I went to place the order. The workers were nice but they told me a number of pieces weren’t there and I’d need to go to another Home Depot to rent a truck myself and take it from there. I went back to buy the tiles and in addition to having low stock for all of them every box I went to take had multiple cracked tiles and I had to go somewhere else to buy them. Nobody maintains the aisles there was merchandise all over the place, felt like I was at the zoo

  If you need assistance look at back of the store, there you will find the majority of the employees. Just don’t interrupt them if you want to walk out with your dignity. I brought this up several times and based what I have experience Home Depot have no intention to giving it’s customers any customer support. The problem I find is with just this store, so for us who live in the area we have no choice but to experience this abuse.

  This location is only good for getting what you need if you need no help at all. The workers here dont know what they are doing and the store is a mess. NEVER special order from this location. I had a horrible experience. It took 7 months for them to fix it too. I'd rather go to a Lowes or a different location all together. On another note, a small Target is in the parking lot as well.

  Lashawn was wonderful very helpful for a refund. Russell + another manager managed to resolve a mess created by another store. Thanks again!

  First time at this one in Elmont. The store was well stocked with everything and anything you can need . Very organized and the lines were very fast having a lot of registers open. Even the self check out moved fast. Would definitely return
