  Went to get some paint and info for stain.frank was vary helpful. He made sure I left with the right stuff. Now that's what I call great customer service thanks frank paint deparment

  We went to this store to survey their key making service, the lady whom assisted us was not very helpful. She wasn't familiar with type of car make/model to look up the key type nor did she ask for anyone to assist her, instead she claimed that the make/model of vehicle was not found in the key machine computer lookup, and then she stated the key had a chip which we know does not, she stated it did because "she looked it up" and then stated that we would have to purchase the key chip types that range in the 50.00+ price range. We'd heard enough at this point. Instead we will go to Lowes and ask the gentleman that knows what he is doing to make our key(s) going forward.

  Contractor madhouse. Got in and out. If you've been promise a discount make sure you have written on a business card!
