  Okay a few things, first just because someone works here doesn't mean that they know all the answers. We are not experts people, have patience! Secondly the website isn't always up to date. And third the staffare trying their hardest, they are just like you so please don't get angry and ram your garden cart into their ankles because you're in a line that only accepts cash, it hurts and you should have payed attention.

  I like the amount of choices you have with different things. Not alot of help to help you make those choices. There are CS floor people but not enough of them. Sometimes takes awhile to get a rep. I love this place.

  Second weekend we come for the DIY with Arron and Derrick on Saturdays. These guys are awesome and love what they do. Great ideas for your home and for free on how to do it! Highly encourage anyone and everyone to attend. Fonzie the manager was super cool also.

  Went to buy a washing machine. Couldn't get any help. The 2 men at the desk near the washers were sitting down and they were both on the phone. Did not seem like work related. We waited for them to get off for some time and nothing. Finally 1 of them got off and walked right passed us. I asked him for help but he rudely just kept walking! So we went to BEST BUY where we admittedly got help and bought a washing machine. With lower warranty.
