  It is better than the home depot located in Manhattan. Beside that, it is just like other Home Depot stores, good to find things needed for DIY projects.

  my issue tends to be more with the higher ups in this store then anything else. the cashiers and returns dept employees are great, i have no issue with them. my dislike of this store is really the people who control what is supposedly supposed to happen. i have seen many times when a customer would return an item that home depot literally does not even sell, but the customer is always right, right? have no receipt? who cares! just yell loud enough and you'll get a cash refund! nevermind if the cashier literally can't give the override for a product that is either not sold at the location anymore, or never sold there, or can't give you a cash refund because you decided to wait over the 30 day window you had to get the cash refund. like i keep saying, scream like the 12 yo you really are and any supervisor will just override the system and make the cashier look like they dont know what they are doing. these cashiers are horribly mistreated by customers, you would think the supervisor would defend them. thank them for doing their part in protecting the stores rep by now allowing a fake customer to get away with getting money back for an item that is not sold there or getting money back for an item that the customer had 30-60 days to return but waited over the period they had and it even clearly states on the receipt how long they have, no. you just made them look like they had no clue what they were doing. oh and by the way, if you say you know the store manager, H., that just automatically means your good for a refund no matter how damaged the product your returning is, or even if its missing parts. your good, cuz you know the manager. -_- in the end, this place really believes in the phrase "the customer is always right". so if your a customer, enjoy!

  It’s complete! My hubby’s favorite spot for all hardware and materials needed for home construction works as well as DIY projects. The service is also good and fast. Friendly staff. We can consult a lot of stuff with them as well.. I love this place because they have a lot of fresh plants and key services.

  It's not bad overall experience, employees are rather friendly and sometimes knowledgeable. Most of the times you're better off looking on the website to find item in store than asking around
