  Checking in and out was easy. Price was good for what you get. Across from the cancer center and like a 10 minute walk to main hopkins. The only issue we had was with the parking radar not wanting to work. Had to pay to get out in the morning. Getting in was a hassle. Security can't fix it so you're stuck paying.

  One of the best services and accommodations that a hospital can make available. For cancer patients and their spouse or caregiver giving them easy access to the hospital without going outside to the street with just a short walk through the parking garage. For long term stays our family have used this facility a few times and even during this time of isolation and high risk of getting sick they were amazing. Thank you Hopkins.

  I do security for Johns Hopkins and this was my post for the day and it was a very nice building, clean and we'll maintained with a nice professional staff that run the building... I Love that post! Very laid back compared to the hospital

  Employees were awesome especially when morning after husband surgery it snowed. I have difficulty walking so maneuvering was ver sketchy. Front desk gal helped me put luggage in my car and helped clean car off. Now top that❗️Very convenient and excellent room. Very clean and comfortable.Thank you to all staff you were my life savers😊
